Terms of Use

The cardholder agrees that the card is the property of MCCC and can be confiscated from bearer as a result of inappropriate conduct or abuse. Use of the card is subject to all terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are effective immediately and remain so until written notification is received. MCCC shall deliver or publish an electronic written notice at least thirty (30) days before effective date, if the change would cause increased fees or charges; or increase liability for the cardholder. Prior notice need not be given where immediate change in a term and/or condition is necessary to maintain or restore the security of the system or account.

By submitting your photo image through the Montco Photo ID Card Upload website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit Enrollment Services to have your photo taken and your card produced. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.

About the Student Card

Your Montco student ID is your official student identification and library card and provides access to the fitness center in Blue Bell. To request an employee access card or for access to the Green Lot or specific locations on campus, please stop by Enrollment Services for a printed card.

How We Will Use Your Photo Image

The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your student or employee ID. This digital card is proof of identity as well as provides access to library resources and to gain entry to the fitness center in Blue Bell.

Other Uses of your Image

By submitting this photo for your student ID, you agree this photo will become part of your College record with the Office of Records & Registration and Human Resources for employees.

Policies
  • Cards are property of MCCC.
  • Lost cards must be reported to Enrollment Services.
  • The cardholder is responsible for the cost of a damaged or replacement card.
  • You are responsible for your card use. Do not lend your card to anyone for any purpose.
  • Tampering with or defacing your card are a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and may lead to disciplinary actions.
